1. Moisten the Electrodes: Moisten the rubber electrode pads located on the inside of the chest strap with a few drops of water or contact gel to ensure optimal skin conductivity.

2. Snap On the Pod: Snap the H808S sensor pod onto the front fasteners of the chest strap.

3. Adjust & Buckle: Wrap the strap around your chest right below your breastbone/pectoral muscles and adjust the slide buckle so it fits snugly against your skin without restricting breathing.
